In the pediatric live case, a 3-year-and-1-month-old boy with imaging-confirmed right renal calyceal stones (~1.2 cm) underwent endoscopic management, with a laser lithotripsy time of approximately 1 hour. The procedure provided valuable real-world insight into the application of miniaturized RIRS in pediatric urology.
